A Little History: Brother and sister team James and Laura Heiberg, both having extensive experience in the food and drink industry, have now combined their talents into one establishment. They wanted a place where families and friends could gather and enjoy a casual meal, watch HD TV on the three large screens or good-naturedly challenge each other at the pool table or in the game room.

The Chosen Chef: James and Laura lucked out in their agreement with Executive Chef Ryan Lancaster, previously the general manager and head chef of Square, a sous chef at Guisseppe’s Italian Bistro, and the head chef at Thomas Cuisine Management in the Washington Group Café. This is where we can go to get the Smoked Creamy Tomato Basil soup we’ve been craving. Thank you, Chef Ryan!
